Attitude and Morals

With the expected dissimilarity in cultures and as well family upbringing of individuals the world over, no surprises such things as character, habit and then other actions would be ‘weighed’ differently. This regardless, the tad iota of common sense in all of us should ensure that some moral values be uniformly accepted by the way.

For instance, every rational tribe should take it as dishonorable, when younger population of the citizenry on a long queue disregards older fellows waiting in line. And I basically feel more uneasiness with the unpleasant-eyes rolling in utter disagreement from my fellow Millenials, whenever my suggestion to allow the senior citizens take the front row.

Consequently, I have it my bucket list that if I ever become a lawmaker, I’d motion it that a law be put in place. One that will have all banks compelled to have at least an ATM machine at all of their galleries solely for all fifty something years old and above. Same would be applicable to every other public queues anyway.

Additionally is the annoying disposition of some people at public gatherings, having to relish in being unruly and highly insensitive. From those who have chosen to remain oblivious of their drinking gauge to insanity, hence a nuisance and getting on the peaceful nerves of others, to barging into people’s spaces without knocking. This personally is a ‘thing’ for me and I generally detest people who do not respect the privacy of others too.

And to some more people, when others favor you by going the extra mile, please say thank you.

A not often used yet important word in the world once again is sorry. This is a five-letter word that could calm even the nerves of the fiercest human. Being nauseating and refusing to say sorry is not having morals. Who raised you?

Meanwhile I still have a greater deal of issues with people who have decided to throw their conscience to the gutters by not keeping public toilets cool right after usage. May I reiterate once here that the road that leads to their queue on the day of reckoning would be lighted with a burning red color. (Sarcasm).

Who again throws phlegm into space in a crowd if not a morally demented fellow?

In the same vein, it is offensive to be the one that pries the phone view of strangers not specifically directed at you. It is still a lack of manners. Worse still, some people would not even look the other way when strangers are typing their card pins or other important password, and most times I am like, “are you out to rob or disarm me afterwards?

Finally, if the definitions of attitude on Google (which is the disposition towards something or someone) and Morals ( which is the standards of behavior; principles of right and wrong) is anything to go by, trying to inform people to not habitually-stink or outrightly remain insensitive with unpleasant behaviors as actually outlined by me prior should meet no disapproval after all.
